This is for a vintage program for Kirsten Flagstad's appearance at the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco, CA on May 10, 1938. Attached to the front cover (possibly with glue) is an original ticket stub for this performance! The program also promotes the upcoming appearance of Helen Hayes at the Curran Theater (in The Merchant of Venice), as well as the "triumphant return" of Yehudi Menuhin and his sister Hephzibah Menuhin in June. Program has a litte writing inside it. 12 pages. Tape to spine. Some rubbing. Lower outside corner has creasing. Some toning to covers. Hard to find ephemera like this, and the inclusion of the ticket stub makes this piece even more appealing
