This is for a pin commemorating the 100 year anniversary of the Dakota territory (before it was split into North and South Dakota in 1889 -- the Dakota territory also originally included much of what is now Montana and some of what is now Wyoming). Issued in 1961. Pin measures 1 1/4" in diameter and has some discoloring to the front and tarnishing to the back.
